Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter & brown sugars.
  2. Add vanilla & eggs until just combined.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients & chips.
  4. These cookies work best if you refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  5. The people in your house are happiest when you make a double batch (need a professional KitchenAid or similar to do this).
  6. Bake @ 350 for 8 minutes.
  7. They will not look done.
  8. Take them out anyway.
