Honey and Spice Crunch
- 3 quarts popped corn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup dried fruit, bits (2 (0.9 oz)
- Pour popcorn into a bowl coated with cooking spray, set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in honey and next 3 ingredients .
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly.
- Boil; without stirring, 7 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 250F.
- Remove from heat .
- Stir in cinnamon, soda, and vanilla, pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15X10 inch jellyroll pan.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Stir in dried fruit; cool.
- Serve in airtight containers.
