Buffalo Wing Sandwiches Recipe
- 1/2 c. warm cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 x kaiser rolls halved horizontally
- 1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 c. blue cheese dressing
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the warm sauce in a shallow dish.
- Completely coat the chicken breasts with the warm sauce.
- Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains.
- Top the bottom halves of the rolls with the shredded lettuce, the grilled chicken, then the dressing.
- Replace the tops of the rolls and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: For spicier chicken, add in a few drops of warm pepper sauce to the cayenne pepper sauce.
