Frozen Witches' Heads

  1. Place coconut in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add few drops food coloring.
  3. Close bag; shake until coconut is evenly tinted.
  4. Place whipped topping on dessert plates.
  5. Top each with coconut for the witchs hair and an inverted ice cream cone to form the witchs hat.
  6. Decorate with candies or gel to form the witchs "eyes" and "mouth."
  7. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
