Citrus Barbecued Pork Chop
- 3 oz. boneless pork loin chop King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, any flavor
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 medium sweet potato Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium orange King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Place pork chop in small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
- Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- per side, or until cooked through.
- Pour barbecue sauce in small saucepan; add orange peel, orange juice, rosemary and thyme.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Serve sauce over pork chop.
- Bake potato in oven or microwave.
- Top with margarine and brown sugar.
- Steam green beans.
- Enjoy a fresh orange for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
