Citrus Barbecued Pork Chop

  1. Place pork chop in small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  3. per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce in small saucepan; add orange peel, orange juice, rosemary and thyme.
  5. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
  6. Simmer 5 min.
  7. Serve sauce over pork chop.
  8. Bake potato in oven or microwave.
  9. Top with margarine and brown sugar.
  10. Steam green beans.
  11. Enjoy a fresh orange for dessert.
  12. Serve meal with a glass of milk.
