Caramel Apple Sundae Snack
- 1/2 cup fat-free artificially sweetened or naturally sweetened apple turnover or apple-flavored yogurt (I used Yoplait)
- 2 tablespoons low-fat granola without raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped apple (about 1/2 small apple)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fat-free caramel-flavored topping
- Spoon the yogurt into a sundae dish or small, deep bowl.
- Top the yogurt evenly with the apples, followed by the granola.
- Drizzle the caramel over the top.
- Serve immediately.
