Chicken Mac Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. minced pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr, if you like
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Cover; bake 1 hour.
- (4-6 servings.)
