Hot and spicy chicken tenders with tangy sweet salad

  1. Wash and pat dry chicken.
  2. Cut into small strips.
  3. Add flour to large zip lock bag.
  4. Season flour with seasoning salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper.
  5. Place chicken in bag of flour shake up.
  6. Heat cast iron skillet with 2 cups cooking oil.
  7. High heat until ready to fry.
  8. Reduce heat to medium high heat.
  9. Fry chicken to desired tenderness.
  10. Prepare salad with spinach, lettuce, green onions, cherry tomatoes, green apple, blood orange, cucumber, salt, pepper.
  11. Place fried chicken to drain on paper towels.
  12. Place chicken tenders onto mixed salad.
  13. Top with items of your choice.
  14. Enjoy.
