Creole Succotash with Shrimps
- 1 lb Shrimps Peeled and devine
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground garlic
- 1 tsp ground onion
- 1 can tomato chopped
- 2 cup frozen corn
- 1 red bell peppet
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 Creole seasoning
- 1 cup chopped okra( fresh or frozen)
- Peel and devein the shrimps.
- Set aside.Chopped onions, minced garlic.
- Red bell pepper dice.
- Olive oil in a saucepan Saute Onions, Garlic, Bell peppers frozen corn together.for 5 minutes.
- Add the can of chopped tomatoes.
- Okra.
- .Add.
- Your seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder ,black pepper, Creole seasoning.
- Simmering for 15 minutes add shrimps simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over steam rice.
