Chicken Tostadas

  1. Boil chicken breast until done.
  2. Drain water and let cool.
  3. Shred chicken breast and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add enough mayo and sour cream to coat chicken to your liking.
  5. Then mix in corn, seasoned salt, garlic powder, tapatio, and salt and pepper.
  6. Make sure to mix really well.
  7. Then place in fridge to cool for 15-20 min and serve on tostada shells.
  8. -You can also serve this meal warm if you'd like but the recipe was introduced to me cold and my family prefers it cold.
  9. And you can also add more or less of most of the ingredients to your liking.
