Penne and meatballs
- 1 box penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box Velveeta cheese
- 1 dash oregano
- 1/4 dash parsley
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/3 dash garlic powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cup bisquick
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Boil water, add salt and butter to taste
- In a bowl mix together oregano, ground beef and parsley
- Cut velveeta cheese in cubes
- In a pot add milk, ketchup and cheese, bring to boil until cheese melts
- Form meat into medium meatballs and place on cookie sheet in oven for 20minutes at 400F
- Add noodles to boiling water
- Mix bisquick, milk, cheese, butter and garlic powder together; place on cookie sheet and bake 25minutes at 350F
- Noodles on dish, place meatballs on top then add cheese on top
- Add bread on side of dish and serve
