Penne and meatballs

  1. Boil water, add salt and butter to taste
  2. In a bowl mix together oregano, ground beef and parsley
  3. Cut velveeta cheese in cubes
  4. In a pot add milk, ketchup and cheese, bring to boil until cheese melts
  5. Form meat into medium meatballs and place on cookie sheet in oven for 20minutes at 400F
  6. Add noodles to boiling water
  7. Mix bisquick, milk, cheese, butter and garlic powder together; place on cookie sheet and bake 25minutes at 350F
  8. Noodles on dish, place meatballs on top then add cheese on top
  9. Add bread on side of dish and serve
