Pumpkin Spice Muffins

• 1 (18 ounce) box spice cake mix (I prefer SuperMoist cake mix *also good using chocolate cake mix)
• 15 ounces pumpkin
• 12 cup water

1. Mix all ingredients together by hand or with a hand mixer.
2. Pour into lined or sprayed muffin tins and bake according to box directions for cupcakes.
3. *Be sure not to overbake.
