Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 23 cups hot water
- 1 (6 ounce) packagestove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or 3 cups turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Add hot water to stuffing mix and stir until moistened.
- Set aside.
- Place chicken and vegetables in 2-quart casserole.
- Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken mixture.
- Top with prepared stuffing.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
