Salade Cuite (Cooked Salad) Recipe

  1. Scald and then peel tomatoes.
  2. Dice peppers and tomatoes.
  3. Chop garlic coarsely.
  4. Put all ingredients in cool pan.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Heat at medium high while stirring till peppers are soft.
  7. Let simmer uncovered, and stirring from bottom occasionally till all liquid has evaporated.
  8. Taste and, if necessary, season.
  9. Serve cool with Pita or possibly French bread.
