Easy Quiche with Frozen Puff Pastry

  1. Chop the ingredients into pieces.
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices.
  3. Parboil the spinach, and let it cool.
  4. It's ok to use a microwave.
  5. Bring out the puff pastry to room temperature.
  6. Add the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a bowl.
  7. Mix well and add the spinach.
  8. Stir-fry the bacon, onion, and shimeji mushrooms in a frying pan.
  9. When cooled, add into Step 2 bowl, and mix well.
  10. Stretch out the puff pastry, and stack them together in a pan.
  11. Punch holes on the bottom part of the puff pastry with a fork.
  12. Pour in the mixture.
  13. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200C (400F), and it's finished.
