ricotta pie

  1. preheat oven to 325.
  2. Coat bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl, combine biscotti crumbs and butter.
  4. Pour into the bottom of a pure pan and down firmly.
  5. Bake 10 minutes Let cool.
  6. To prepare filling, whisk eggs in large bowl.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until combined.
  8. Pour filling into crust and bake 50 minutes, until a wooden pick in three center comes out clean.
  9. to with candied lemon slices.
