Asparagus & Beef Stir-Fry
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 6 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Mix dressing and soy sauce in wok or large skillet.
- Add meat; stir-fry on medium-high heat 3 min.
- Add asparagus and peppers; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until meat is done.
- Top with onions.
- Serve over rice.
