Braunscheiger Dip

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, pat into a bowl lined with plastic wrap, then fold over the excess wrap to cover and chill.
  2. Invert onto a serving plate and turn out.
  3. Remove the plastic wrap.
  4. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread and/or vegetable sticks.
