Slow Cooker Taco-Chili Soup
- 2 lbs very lean stew meat
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, liquid reserved
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, liquid reserved
- Cut large pieces of stew meat in half and brown in a large skillet.
- Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker, along with 3/4 cup water.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
