  1. Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender.
  2. Meanwhile, warm the olive oil and fry the onion, garlic, and carrots until soft.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
  4. Add cauliflower and combine.
  5. Add masala, yogurt, and pepper.
  6. Stir.
