Super Calcium-Fortified Toast for Breakfast
- 1 slice Bread
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
- 1 Sliced cheese
- 1 Aonori
- Add the cheese, then more chirimen jako on top.
- Add the cheese, then more chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines) on top.
- Sprinkle with aonori (dried green nori flakes), and grill in a toaster oven.
- It's all done!
- As an appetizer for beer, I used thinly sliced bread to make it crispy.
