Grandchildren's Favorite Cheese And Macaroni Recipe

  1. Put two handsful of macaroni in saucepan.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Add in a sprinkle of salt.
  4. Cook till tender.
  5. If any water is left in pan, pour off and put macaroni in casserole dish.
  6. Cut up good mild cheddar cheese over macaroni till it looks right; maybe 1/4 lb.. Add in egg and sufficient sweet lowfat milk to barely cover.
  7. Add in sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  8. Stir together.
  9. Place in moderate oven and cook till done.
  10. I stir mine once during cooking to make sure it cooks in the center.
