Low-Fat Chocolate Meringue Cookies
- 2 egg whites
- 3 pkg. Sweet 'n' Low
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup Alba chocolate dry skim milk
- Beat whites stiff gradually adding sweetener and vanilla.
- Carefully fold in milk.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake at 275F for 25 minutes or crisp.
