baked talapia and veggies

  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. season 4 talipia fillet with olive oil,sea salt,ground black pepper, parsley flakes, light lemon, light cyanne.
  3. cut veggies to desired size about half dollar size
  4. toss veggies with same seasoning
  5. combine one fillet with a handful of veggies and wrap each in a foil dome
  6. put in oven for 15-20 min.
  7. depending on fillet size
  8. for the last 5 min open foil and put oven on low broil if you desire a crunch
  9. serve with a side of white or brown rice.
