Blue Crab Cakes Recipe

  1. Place crab meat, mashed potato, onion and 1/2 c. bread crumbs in bowl.
  2. Add in 2 Large eggs to mix and blend to make crab cakes.
  3. Dust with garlic pwdr.
  4. Beat 1 egg in bowl and pour 1/2 c. bread crumbs into another bowl.
  5. Dip crab cakes in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Cook for 3 min in frying pan, then pour vermouth, then brown each side.
