Teriyaki Meatloaf

  1. Stir together the marmalade, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce, vinegar, and red pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine ground beef, and the next 5 ingredients, and the remaining 1 tbs of teryaki sauce.
  4. Shape into a 4x7 loaf.
  5. Bake at 350 in a 9 inch pan or baking dish for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, and pour the marmalade mixture over the meat; bake 8-10 more minutes or until done.
