Easy Jalapeno Cilantro Chicken Salad

  1. Heat chicken broth to boil on stovetop.
  2. Cook chicken in chicken broth until cooked through (about 8-10 minutes) Shred or chop chicken.
  3. Mix together with jalapeno, onion, mayo, seasoning salt and cilantro.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
