Apple-Crumb Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Combine all stuffing ingredients, mix well.
  2. Stuff pockets with stuffing mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Brown chops on both sides.
  6. Add water and reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer 50 to 55 minutes or until chops are tender.
