Green Goddess Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin, salt, pepper, in boiling water.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar.
  3. Beat till well blended.
  4. Pour into two 8 inch square pans.
  5. Refrigeratetill hard and cut into 1 inch square pcs.
  6. Pile gelatin cubes in center of bowl.
  7. Arrange salad greens, crab meat and avocado slices around edge.
  8. Makes 8 entree servings.
