Green Goddess Salad Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 quarts. minced lettuce
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans crab meat
- 2 avocados, peeled, sliced
- Dissolve gelatin, salt, pepper, in boiling water.
- Add in lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar.
- Beat till well blended.
- Pour into two 8 inch square pans.
- Refrigeratetill hard and cut into 1 inch square pcs.
- Pile gelatin cubes in center of bowl.
- Arrange salad greens, crab meat and avocado slices around edge.
- Makes 8 entree servings.
