Chinatown Turkey Salad
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp. grated gingerroot
- 6 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens
- 1-1/2 cups pea pods, trimmed, blanched
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (5 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- Cook first 7 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover platter with salad greens; top with peas, oranges, water chestnuts, turkey and noodles.
- Drizzle with warm dressing mixture.
