Grilled Teriyaki Beef Flat Ribs

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and marinate flat ribs 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  3. Remove flat ribs from the marinade and pat as dry as possible.
  4. (discard the marinade).
  5. Grill flat ribs directly over the heat for a minute or 2 on the first side.
  6. Flipped over and cook for about 1 minute more.
  7. (try not to overcook)
  8. Remove from the grill and serve right away.
