Grilled Teriyaki Beef Flat Ribs
- 2 pounds Beef flat ribs (or more)
- 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp powdered Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- Mix marinade ingredients and marinate flat ribs 30 to 60 minutes.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Remove flat ribs from the marinade and pat as dry as possible.
- (discard the marinade).
- Grill flat ribs directly over the heat for a minute or 2 on the first side.
- Flipped over and cook for about 1 minute more.
- (try not to overcook)
- Remove from the grill and serve right away.
