Black Bean Chowder Recipe

  1. Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add in ham and onion; cook over medium heat for 4-6 min or possibly till onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low;simmer 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
  6. If you like, garnish each serving with a few crushed baked tortilla chips.
