Scallop Bubbly Bake

  1. Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt.
  2. Saute vegetables.
  3. Place in a greased casserole.
  4. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
