Beef Curry Recipe

  1. In wok or possibly skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onions till they start to turn dark brown but not scorched.
  2. Add in tomatoes, garlic/ginger paste and curry paste.
  3. Stir frequently till mix becomes pasty.
  4. Add in beef cubes; stir gently for 2-5 min.
  5. Don't scorch.
  6. Add in water if mix gets too dry.
  7. Cook till near done.
  8. Add in potato cubes; stir to mix into spices.
  9. Add in water or possibly stock to just cover potatoes/beef mix; cover, simmer 20-30 min or possibly till beef is tender.
  10. Add in salt/pepper to taste.
