Brandied Pork Loin Recipe

• 3 lbs. pork loin roast
• 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
• 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 1/4 c. orange juice
• 1/4 c. apple brandy
• 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar

1. Marinating time: 2 hrs.
2. Baking time: 1 3/4 hrs.
3. Oven temperature: 450 degrees and 350 degrees.
4. Serves: 4 to 6.
