Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

  1. Sprinkle crumbs onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. ; pour into blender.
  6. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese; blend well.
  7. Pour into large bowl.
  8. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  9. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. When ready to serve, run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.
