Toll House Chocolate Cheesecake
- 16 12 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 12 cup semisweet chocolate morsel, melted
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
- Slice dough into 16 pieces.
- Cover bottom of prepared pan with pieces.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and unsweetened chocolate in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add whipped topping and stir until just blended.
- Spoon over cookie crust and smooth top.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove sides of pan.
