Toll House Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Slice dough into 16 pieces.
  4. Cover bottom of prepared pan with pieces.
  5. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  6. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and unsweetened chocolate in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
  7. Add whipped topping and stir until just blended.
  8. Spoon over cookie crust and smooth top.
  9. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Remove sides of pan.
