Amaretto Cheesecake Recipe
- 3 pkt cream cheese 8oz.
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/3 c. amaretto
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar, (plus 1 tsp.)
- 1 Tbsp. amaretto
- 1.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, sugar and butter.
- Pat mix in bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
- 2.
- Beat cram cheese till light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in 1 c. sugar.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
- 3.
- Pour into and bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 45-50 min.
- 4.
- Mix the lowfat sour cream, sugar and amaretto.
- Spoon the mix over the cheesecake when done and return to oven for 5 min at 500'.
- Let ripen 48 hrs in the refrigerator.
- 5.
- Top with 1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds, and chocolate curls before serving.
