Arycas New Years rice

• 1 gallon liquid from boiling a smoked ham
• 2 lb yellow rice mix
• 1 envelope sazon seasonings

1. Boil a smoked ham In a gallon of water
2. Take some of skin and fat off of ham boil with rice mix add salt and sazon seasonings
3. Boil till rice is done
