Chocolate Banana Pie

  1. In a mixer combine bananas, cream cheese, ricotta, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Slowly beat in cocoa powder to avoid dry pockets.
  3. Pour into shells and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream and banana chips.
  5. Top with shaved white chocolate, if desired
  6. Serving tip: Instead of mini crusts you can serve in a martini or other cocktail glass.
