Bar B Que Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with the 3 salts.
  2. Brush liberally with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Wrap in heavy duty foil and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs.
  4. Remove brisket from liquid and slice against the grain.
  5. Chill if not serving till later.
  6. Otherwise mix and heat Heinz Sauce, catsup and brown sugar.
  7. Pour over sliced brisket.
  8. Note: I use small dinner rolls as sandwiches.
