Bar B Que Beef Brisket Recipe
- 1 4/5 pound brisket, boned and trimmed
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- Liquid Smoke
- 1 bottle Heinz Hickory Smoke Bar-B-Que Sauce
- 1 sm. bottle catsup
- 1-2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Sprinkle both sides of meat with the 3 salts.
- Brush liberally with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
- Wrap in heavy duty foil and bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs.
- Remove brisket from liquid and slice against the grain.
- Chill if not serving till later.
- Otherwise mix and heat Heinz Sauce, catsup and brown sugar.
- Pour over sliced brisket.
- Note: I use small dinner rolls as sandwiches.
