Goulash
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Or -
- 12 oz vegetarian crumbles
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can 46 ounces - vegetable juice
- 2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- In large pot, brown hamburger or vegetarian crumbles and onion.
- Drain, if necessary.
- Add remaining and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until moisture is mostly absorbed, about 30-40 minutes.
