Crockpot Pot Roast
- 14 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 16 ounces, weight Package Baby Carrots
- Mix all liquid ingredients along with salt, pepper and cornstarch in a crockpot.
- Place roast in the crockpot.
- I also chose to lightly coat the roast with more salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Place onion and carrots all around the roast in the crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
