Swiss Miss Cocoa Cupcake
- 200 g cake mix
- 80 g butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3 packets Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon GODIVA chocolate liqueur (optional)
- to taste Walnuts,
- Preheat an oven to 350F (180C).
- Cream butter in a bowl.
- Add Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix and eggs, and beat until well blended.
- Add milk, chopped walnuts, and chocolate liqueur.
- Add the cake mix and mix well.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups until 1/2 full.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
