Baked Eggs and Ham
- 1/4 cup seasoned croutons
- 2 tbsp. ham, chopped
- 1 tbsp. butter
- margarine, melt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
- In a greased shallow 2-cup baking dish toss the croutons, ham and butter.
- Break the eggs carefully on top.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes or until eggs reach desired doneness.
