Pan Fried Chicken (gluten free)
- 3 medium chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 100 grams rice flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- Dice chicken into desired pieces and add to a large bowl.
- Beat egg and pour over chicken ensuring all is coated well.
- Add rice flour to bowl and ensure chicken is covered evenly.
- Add oil to pan, allow to heat then fry chicken until golden brown turning occasionally to ensure cooked well.
- Serve as desired.
- I add to a serving basket and family can pick like eating popcorn chicken
