Pan Fried Chicken (gluten free)

  1. Dice chicken into desired pieces and add to a large bowl.
  2. Beat egg and pour over chicken ensuring all is coated well.
  3. Add rice flour to bowl and ensure chicken is covered evenly.
  4. Add oil to pan, allow to heat then fry chicken until golden brown turning occasionally to ensure cooked well.
  5. Serve as desired.
  6. I add to a serving basket and family can pick like eating popcorn chicken
