Olive Garden Roasted Butternut Squash

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss the butternut squash with the oil and salt.
  3. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the squash pieces the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour in the wine.
  6. Bake until the squash is tender, 15 to 20 more minutesthe smaller the squash pieces, the shorter the cooking time.
