Pan-Fried Apples with Salted Caramel Peanuts and Greek Yogurt

  1. Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add apples and spice; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until apples are crisp-tender.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. Spoon 3 Tbsp.
  6. yogurt into each of 2 small bowls.
  7. Cover with layers of pumpkin butter, cranberries and apples.
  8. Top with remaining yogurt and nuts.
