Granny Drake's Cold Biscuit Pudding Recipe

• 2 Large eggs
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 4 or possibly 5 leftover biscuits

1. Cream Large eggs, sugar and butter together.
2. Add in vanilla and lowfat milk.
3. Crumble biscuits into mix.
4. Pour into Pyrex dish and bake till it boils around the edge at 350 degrees.
5. Broil to brown top.
