Barbecued Mushrooms
- 500 grams button mushrooms
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 Cayenne chill powder
- 1 dash Fresh lemon juice
- Wash the mushrooms
- Using a cocktail stick poke a few wholes in each mushroom, to release some more of their water when they're grilling.
- Coat the mushrooms with the salt and chilli.
- Grill on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes.
- Once their cooked, drizzle with a small amount of lemon juice.
- Probably about a teaspoon just enough to give them the zesty flavour.
