Barbecued Mushrooms

  1. Wash the mushrooms
  2. Using a cocktail stick poke a few wholes in each mushroom, to release some more of their water when they're grilling.
  3. Coat the mushrooms with the salt and chilli.
  4. Grill on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Once their cooked, drizzle with a small amount of lemon juice.
  6. Probably about a teaspoon just enough to give them the zesty flavour.
